Crunchy Cheese Cake

Ingredients :

250g butter
100g icing sugar
5 egg whites
135g castor sugar
5 egg yolks
200g self-raising flour,mixed 35g corn flour,sifted 2 times
100g grated Cheddar cheese
Topping :
60g Cheddar cheese


Cream butter and icing sugar till light


Sliced Cheddar cheese

Whisk egg whites and castor sugar till stiff.
Add egg yolks and beat well

Finally pour into a lined and greased baking tin


Grate cheese to cover the top


Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180C f0r about 30 minutes till cooked and golden brown


But this is the result of the first timer baking cake


Anyway,its still can be eaten it taste really good except f0r the topping

  1. hey, cool...for ur info, i like the topping.its like, u noe they say, SENI...my mum likes ur cake very very very much...she even challenged me to bake a cake tomorrow...ops...wt m i goin to do???will it turn into a CAKE or sumthing else???oh god, i surrender all in ur hands...
