On 28th of August, I went to Redang Island for 3D2N with mummy for our summer holiday. It's a very beautiful island in Terengganu.

Okay okay, I know it has been a super duper long time when I last updated my blog. So sorry ya~

Today, first time in my life I cooked soup. It's my favourite one of course!

Let me introduce to you, it's called

BROMATO SOUP

Btw, I named it myself!! :p

Hahhaha!! Never hear before right???

It's actually BROccoli + toMATO soup! :D

I asked my mum how to cook it and then I just do it without her by my side meh.. PRO lehhh ^^V

Wanna learn?? Alright alright, I'll give you a tutorial here. :)

INGREDIENTS :

BROCCOLI(half)
must have larr

TOMATO (2)

also must have larr

ANCHOVIES

GEK GEK FISH (optional)

That's what my mum called it larr

That's all. Yeah, only four. Easy and affordable huh? ;)

HOW TO COOK :

Wash the anchovies with water.

Cook them with filtered water for about 8-10 minutes

When it's boiled, take the anchovies out.
Add a pinch of salt.

Then put the broccoli and tomato in.
Cook for another 8-10 minutes.

TAA-DAA!!

SO EASY HUH?Yes yes yes!! It tastes really good!

Sweetness of anchovies + freshness of broccoli + sourness of tomato = ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥

Kindergarten Teacher

I was pretty free after PMR. S0 I went to my friend's mum's kindergarten and help the teachers there to teach the children dancing for their end year concert. I taught the 6 years old children. I taught them some easy and simple steps using the NOBODY song. On the first day, I was teaching the 6 years old children dancing while the 4 and 5 years old children were learning their dance in their classroom and some outside but when the school ends those 4 & 5 years old children started to sing I WANT NOBODY,NOBODY BUT YOU!! This proves that K-pop rocks rite? Yeah, K-pop rocks!!!

I was deeply attracted by this 4 years old boy. He was so so so cute!! And I can't stop myself from taking his pictures!

Btw,he is a Malay boy. He looks like mix.

I like him so much!!!

HAHA! I asked him to show the peace sign.

So the whole week I went to kindergarten and teach dancing. When recess time, I'll go and sit beside this cute boy and eat together with him. I love talking to him. He speaks as though he is a adult. So cute! There are many conversations between us that are so funny but I kinda lazy type all. Sorry! ^-^ I love being a kindergarten teacher. Although children are very noisy but I think I am fierce enough to ask them to keep quiet. HAHA

This was my first time to bowling centre and of course it was also my first time playing bowling. I have lots of fun with my friends there. We went there with a few teachers. This activity was only for the form threes because we have done our PMR. Thank you,teachers! I appreciate all the activities that all of you have prepared for us. I LOVE CONVENT !

As you know I am the only child in my family. So my parents were like over protecting me. They won't simply let me hang out with my friends. Even now, after exam, they don't let me go out celebrate with my friends. What's wrong having a dinner with friends? What's so big matter going out exercising with friends? We're not doing anything bad like smoking,taking drugs,riding motorcycle without licence or doing anything that we're not suppose to do. Mum, I need a break!! I know you did all this just to protect me. And you said you love me? All this was for my own good? Now, I officially announce, I am not happy at all. I was like bird that can't fly freely in the sky. Although I kept quiet when you said I cannot go out with my friends but it doesn't mean that I agree with everything you said. I just don't want to argue with you, mum. Do you know how I felt when I know my friends were hanging out? I am so upset and I was thinking why? Why their mums would allow them to hang out while you can't? Their mums love them too, just like how you love me. But why?? I do need some space where I can release my tension and tell all my sorrows with somebody I am more comfortable with such as friends. Mum, do you what I am doing in my room after exam? Do you really know what I really need? I am telling you now, I cried in the room, do you know? I need some freedom, will you give me? I thank God that He had given a mother and I also pray that God will whisper in your ears about my feeling. Even though I am typing now, I am crying. FYI,I'm the only child in my family. Many people said that they wish to be like me but I wish I have many siblings like them. Most of them think that becoming the only child can get whatever they want but it'll be very boring to be alone. I hope to have elder brothers and sisters so that they can help me in my homework and share they experiences with me. Although parents love the younger ones more, yet I still hope to have younger brothers and sisters too. Then I can play with them and enjoy the joyous moment with the younger ones. Although I don't have any siblings but I do have many great cousins! I love all my cousins!! They're just the same as my siblings and part of my family. Even though they live far away from me but when I meet them I'll be the most happy one. Maybe my face expressions doesn't show it but I love the time when we're together.

Crunchy Cheese Cake

Ingredients :

250g butter
100g icing sugar
5 egg whites
135g castor sugar

5 egg yolks
200g self-raising flour,mixed 35g corn flour,sifted 2 times
100g grated Cheddar cheese

Topping :

60g Cheddar cheese

Cream butter and icing sugar till light

Sliced Cheddar cheese

Whisk egg whites and castor sugar till stiff.

Add egg yolks and beat well

Finally pour into a lined and greased baking tin

Grate cheese to cover the top

Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180C f0r about 30 minutes till cooked and golden brown

But this is the result of the first timer baking cake

Anyway,its still can be eaten it taste really good except f0r the topping

Ok,ok,let me tell you.

Its TROPICANA NIGHT !!!

This event is something like telematch,everyone will be divided into seven groups,there're also seven stations,every groups have to go through all stations and play games and gain marks for their group.Before we start the event,we went in to the century first.

November birthday ladies and gentlemen

After that,we're divided into groups.I'm from group number two.My leader is Rychard.Our first station was at upstairs.In this station,we have to memorise a bible verse then we must drink a cup of ice blended drink and say out the bible verse that we've memorise.
The second station was at the playground.We need to went through some obstacles and memorise a fruit sequence.We have to pick a number between 1 to 15.If we can't answer the question,we have to bite a piece of apple in a basin full of water with our mouth.
Third station was where we need to cut the fruits,make our own rojak,promote it,finish it and also wash it.Here's group one.

The fourth station.We must play the card game and then eat lots of fruits.

The fifth station is the fishing station.All the groups members have to work together to fish the magnet stuff.

They can also gain more marks by jumping into the pool.

The sixth station where we have to climb up the tree and answer the question.

Finally,the last station! We have to follow the instruction to put our legs and hands in which colour of box.

Mom took me to Ipoh for shopping today.We have our breakfast there.We ate dim sum and it was so delicious.Then at 10 a.m. we went to Ipoh Parade and start shopping.I am very happy because I get to buy all the stuffs I want except for shoes.Mom bought 2 dresses,1 long sleeve shirt,2 short sleeve shirt,2 pairs of earrings,1 key chain,some snacks and also some hair accessories for me.My mom get to buy a pair of shoes and many of her stuffs.We didn't realised that it was lunch time till we pass by a restaurant so we just went in,sit down and ordered.This restaurant has few branches in Ipoh.

Anyway,it's not sushi.

Each person owns a bowl of soup which cost RM1.00 each.

There were many choices for us but we decided to choose seafood set

and a plate of sliced lamb.

It's s0 delidious.Mom and me hope tat this restaurant will open 1 in Sitiawan.

After lunch,we continue shopping somemore.Then we have ice kacang and kelabu(Thai dessert) for tea time.We went back at 4.15pm.

Anyone noticed the differences between today's post and all the previous post?No?Alright,let me tell you guys.The diffences is today I didn'y use any short forms.Sweat?Haha!
